This qualification reflects the role of real estate principals who apply knowledge of property agency and compliance requirements, ethical standards and consumer preferences to establish and control real estate functions This qualification applies to residential or commercial practice in real estate sales, real estate property management, strata management, business broking, stock and station, or auctioneering. Occupational titles may include: ⦁ Real Estate Agency Principal ⦁ Strata Management Principal ⦁ Agency Manager ⦁ Agency Director.

Diploma of Property (Agency Management)
The volume of learning allocated to this Diploma Property (Agency Management) is a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 24 months which includes all training, learning and assessment activities that are required to be undertaken by the Learner to achieve the learning outcomes. ⦁ Three times a week, 4 weeks for each unit of competency including Final Assessment. The duration may be reduced for an individual learner if credit towards the qualification is given in the form of recognition of prior learning or credit transfer. The underlying principle of Nationally Recognised Training is that a student does not have to repeat training and assessment that has already been undertaken For learners who require extra training or an extended duration between 12-18 months can attend monthly workshops either face to face or via Zoom. These will be set dates and generally held on the last day or evening of every month for 3 hours. $5,950

    Delivery Strategy

    Classroom • The training is delivered in a classroom using a combination of face-to-face group sessions with a trainer and practical simulated workplace activities. • A total of 18 units make up the Certificate IV in Real Estate qualification with delivery of clusters over 2 days of face-to-face training, with structured learning and self-directed learning done outside of the classroom via the training hub. eLearning • Learning done via eLearning is delivered through the learning portal, all resources available for classroom learning is available to learners with the addition of a Learner Guide that gives structure to the learning materials and practical simulated workplace activities. Blended • Blended learning is a combination of classroom and eLearning, a percentage of the qualification may be delivered through face-to-face learning and the remainder done by eLearning, the combination is structured to allow the learner flexibility to progress through the qualification at their own pace and ability. • Blended learning is suitable for learners who are currently working in real estate.
